The operator processes personal data in accordance with legal regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) ("GDPR") and Act NR SR no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended ("DPR").

The processing of obtained and provided personal data is a necessary support activity of the operator. Security of personal data
The operator processes personal data manually or using electronic information systems. The operator has taken all the necessary measures, not only of a technical nature, but also of a personnel and control nature, so that the level of personal data protection is as high as possible.
Provision of data
The operator does not provide processed personal data to any third parties, except for public administration bodies, in cases where the operator is obliged to provide personal data from a generally binding legal regulation or a decision of a public administration body (especially courts, law enforcement authorities, executors).
Rights of the data subject
The affected person can exercise their rights according to the relevant articles of the GDPR, such as:
- to request from the operator access to personal data regarding the person concerned,
- to correct, delete, or limit the processing of personal data,
- to object to the processing of personal data,
- on portability of personal data,
- to submit a complaint or proposal to initiate proceedings to the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic,
- to revoke a consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

The operator is obliged to notify the affected person of a breach of personal data protection without undue delay, if such a breach of personal data protection may lead to a high risk for the rights of the affected person.
The operator reserves the right to change and supplement these Terms and Conditions and will inform about the changes without delay by publishing an update on this website indicating the date from which these changes take effective action.
